If you are at the turning point in your life i.e you feel like you need a change or a fresh start after a certain ordeal then encouraging words during a difficult time can help you say forward ever, backward never.
The reasons that drive us to make certain changes in our lives are different and they affect each one of us differently.
1. The loss of a loved one: Losing a loved one comes in a variety of ways. For instance, death can come between two people who love each other. I know someone who lost a someone dear to him sometime in 2007 and up until now her pictures still take up most of the space in his phone. Sometimes he cries for no apparent reason – I guess it’s when he misses her.
If you want to put the past behind and move on then you need to really believe that you can and it okay to move on. Do not feel like you are neglecting her memory or simply forgetting about him or her. Take the memories with you and they will keep you strong.
2. Starting a new job: knowing what to write in an encouragement card are a vital aspect of coping in a new office with new people. My first day at work isn’t a very good memory to me either. I was so nervous I thought I would never get used to the place. It takes time to get used to a new office. Allow a few days to get used to the place before you give up on it. Before you know it you will be comfortable and reaching your full potential at work.
3. New Area: if you have just moved into a new country I can only imagine how lonely you feel. The best way to get over being home sick or lonely is to try and find good things to excite you and laugh about. Get out of the house, go to the mall, watch some movies or find some free inspirational words on the net. Either way, you will forget about where you are for a moment and by the time you come back to reality you will be too strong to be depressed.
